Video: Managing sub-brands under a consistent umbrella
In a recent webinar about Brandraising I gave for Guidestar.org, I was asked a great question that I didn’t get time to answer. Here’s the question, and my point of view about it, in a video that’s less than three minutes. I hope it helps!
“My nonprofit has a lot of programs, products, and services, and there is some discomfort with ‘co-mingling’ the outcomes of the different work under one brand. How do I sell my leadership on the idea that our branding has to be consistent across all of these, rather than focusing on the work of one outcome over another? “
