Hosted by Big Duck

January 29, 2025 1:00 pm–January 29, 2025 2:00 pm
Knowing your audience and setting strategies and tactics to engage them

In session two of this four-part series, Menaka Chandurkar, director of strategy, and Michelle Behar, senior strategist will help you understand your audience and consider which strategies can engage them effectively.

Throughout this webinar series, we’ll help you build a comprehensive marketing plan that will steer your communications efforts. You’ll dive into goals, audiences, channels, and more through hands-on exercises and collaborative discussions.

By the end of the course, you’ll have key elements of your marketing plan ready, along with actionable steps and a customizable template to share with your team.

These sessions will help you:

  • Set a primary goal to guide your plan and select two measurable objectives
  • Draft a profile of a current or prospective desired audience member
  • Apply new strategies and tactics to your own marketing plans
  • Assign roles and responsibilities for your team
  • Start mapping out a timeline for putting the plan into action
