Farra Trompeter, co-director, and Olivia Freire, director of operations, will explore how branding can be a powerful tool to attract and retain staff. They’ll share insights on building a brand that authentically reflects your organization’s values, culture, and mission, and discuss how those elements show up in everything from job postings to internal communications.

Rooted in their work with nonprofits and Big Duck’s own experience as a worker-owned business, Farra and Olivia will offer practical ideas for making sure your brand shows up consistently in both internal and external communications, so that potential and current staff have a clear, authentic sense of what it means to be part of your team. There’ll be time for discussion and questions, so bring your experiences and ideas to share.
