Farra Trompeter, co-director, teaches this two-day course at the regional group learning hosted by NeighborWorks America in Atlanta. This course helps you understand and apply the concept of competitive positioning to your nonprofit organization. You’ll learn how to evaluate your current position, analyze environmental trends, and assess customer and competitor perspectives. Using practical tools, you’ll craft a unique positioning statement and develop a mini plan to guide your organization’s strategy, communications, and planning efforts. This course empowers you to proactively shape your organization’s identity and impact.
This course will be held over two days.
