K Yin

As a strategist, K brings a passion for problem-solving, research, and continual learning to their work in supporting Big Duck clients, as well as a deep personal commitment to racial and gender justice.

Prior to joining Big Duck, they served as a consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, working with clients across a multitude of industries and sizes to refine their brand and marketing strategies. Before that, K interned at Chicago Beyond, supporting their antiracism program and working toward youth equity in the city of Chicago. K graduated from the University of Chicago with degrees in anthropology and economics, where they focused on studying the intersections between race and technology.

When they are not at Big Duck, K can be found exploring Los Angeles, reading queer and POC science fiction, or in the kitchen baking cakes and attempting to recreate their dad’s Yunnanese dishes.
