K Yin

As a strategist, K brings a passion for problem-solving, research, and continual learning to their work in supporting Big Duck clients. Prior to joining Big Duck, they were a consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, working with clients across a multitude of industries and sizes to refine their brand and marketing strategies. Before that, K worked at Chicago Beyond to support community organizations working toward youth equity in the city of Chicago. K graduated from the University of Chicago with degrees in anthropology and economics, where they focused on studying the intersections between race, queer theory, and technology.

When they are not at Big Duck, K can be found exploring Los Angeles or in the kitchen baking cakes, pickling things, and attempting to recreate their dad’s Yunnanese dishes.
